Processing and Shipping Times

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time (USA)
Once shipped, orders within the contiguous United States generally arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

Total Delivery Estimate
Please allow 3–4 business days for total delivery (processing + shipping).

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Partial Shipments
Some items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

Please note:

  • Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 30 business days

  • We do not ship to:

    • P.O. Boxes

    • APO/FPO addresses

    • International destinations


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reliable domestic and international carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Regional carriers (depending on supplier location)

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or import inspections for overseas-sourced items

  • Holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

Frontlinashop is not responsible for carrier delays, but we are happy to assist with tracking your order if needed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.

If tracking information does not update within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.


Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipped, and changes cannot be guaranteed.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

Eligible damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.


Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.
